Wife and I purchased a mattress and. After a couple of days passed we decided that we wanted to go a different route. We went to the store to cancel our order and we was informed that we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee(on a mattress that had not been delivered). We was told that the manager would contact us the following day and we have not received a call yet. The cancelation process was not discussed nor was it explained in our paperwork. NEVER BUY HERE
In and out in 15 minutes. I bought a super high quality mattress and paid less than half of what it would have cost at a retail store. Overall I'm super happy and highly recommend city mattress factory. Note, it is definitely a factory. I would avoid bringing children or anyone weird about that. But that's why you're saving money and it's worth it! These people are straight up and do a great job.
