This is the second mattress we have bought directly from Diamond, and we are completely satisfied with both the service and the mattress. Excellent quality and great value for the price.
Service was not great. The man acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us. My granddaughter has A1 credit plus mine was not that bad. He pretended to try to contact the bank for financing then said oh they seem to be off-line. Then he said I will call you Monday to let you know if financing went through. He never asked me or my granddaughter for any personal information. She had to take a paper to write my name and phone # down. By that time it was obvious that he was not interested in our business. Such a comfortable mattress. Super affordable and super soft yet supportive. Will absolutely buy another for my spare room. 10/10 on their hybrid mattresses.
Came here to buy a mattress today based on reviews and was disappointed when a lady came out and told me the showroom is closed because the other worker is on vacation and she was there by herself. Bad way to do business.
