We had a great experience at City Mattress. We were greeted by John upon arrival. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. He made the whole experience joyful plus he was not pushy at all. His shared knowledge led us to purchasing the Prana Sleep Super Cush mattress and Ergo adjustable system with massage/vibration features. This combo is a game changer! Highly recommend you stop in and see John!

I have never been happier with a purchase than I am with my new mattress, mattress cover, and pillows from City Mattress! John was incredibly knowledgeable and made what felt like a big purchase so easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Can’t say enough good things about John at the Depew City Mattress location! From the moment we walked through the door, John made us feel completely welcome and cared for. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without any high-pressure sales pitch, and helped us find the absolute perfect mattress. That kind of personal touch is hard to find, and John truly goes above and beyond. Truly a great man. Highly recommend asking for him directly!

My fiancee and I were helped by Diane. She was patient and extremely helpful. She wasn't pushing us into any sale or deal. She gave us time to discuss and test out the beds. The mattress we purchased has served us well. I strongly recommend

I had the pleasure of having John show me around. He was professional and patient giving me space to try out every mattress that he thought suited my needs. I wasn’t sure on exactly what mattress was best but he explained each and every option, along with the pros and cons. Every question I had was answered and I felt I had left City Mattress knowing I made the right purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Very personable, friendly, and honest!
