Easiest “major purchase” ever! I went in knowing what I wanted (having researched it online and chatted with a REAL HUMAN BEING!!! Who was incredibly helpful), greatly appreciated that the (lovely!) young man on duty at the Pittsford location did not then try to upsell me (thank you, thank you!). Transaction was quick, delivery- exactly when I needed it to happen- was scheduled with no problems, and the delivery guys showed up exactly on schedule and got the whole “musical mattresses” thing done in 5 minutes! Had a wonderful experience mattress shopping at this location. Josh Falling was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right mattress for my needs. Delivery was on time and they worked very quickly to get the old mattress out and the new one in. I would definitely go back for future purchases!
