Two delivery - setup men very polite, on time and careful w/the delivery. One thing we were surprised at was the existing metal bed frame was left partially under the bed and the other part outside the bed area on the floor. Had to try to crawl under the bed to get the other pieces. Would have been helpful for them to get all 4 pieces out of the bed area and ask us where we wanted them or at least tell us they were sitting there for our removal.
Al was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant as well as Michelle who helped finalize the transaction. Highly recommend them!
