Great customer service!
Al was very helpful in assisting us in getting a mattress and headboard in a short time frame. Thank you very much The delivery guys did a good job. They were quick and efficient. The only thing is they didn't adjust the height of the supports for the mattress. We didn't notice until they left, as they were really quick. Should have left ourselves a note before they came.
My wife and I went to City Mattress in Naples on Immokalee Road to look for a mattress for our bed, and Michele assisted us. She welcomed us with a smile and kind attention. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She guided us through the different varieties of mattresses and helped us choose the best option for us in terms of quality and price.
