I don’t remember the name of the young guy who helped us, he was great, no pressure, knew exactly what we wanted and helped us stay close to our budget which we appreciated. He even called the manager to get a smaller percentage off. We would not have purchased that bed which was more than the other options even with the increased savings had he not done that. I would definitely recommend City Mattress to others. Thank you!!
Absolutely the best customer service in the store with Michele. She is a dynamic, knowledgeable, personable and caring sales associate who will find you the best mattress and price. Our household mattresses are all City Mattress. Each different in comfort to fit our needs but perfect all around. Fast delivery time, excellent setup by delivery team. Highly recommend the Tarpon Bay store.
Michelle was amazing. She took her time to explain and answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable about the product, and listened to what we wanted. We did not feel pressured. We felt very comfortable and confident in our mattress purchase.
