I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to call out incredible service when I experience it. We went to City Mattress during the Labor Day sale and ended up working with Joe, the store manager. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative without ever being pushy or overly salesy. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and he took the time to show us all of our options and answer every question we had. Great service from purchase to delivery! I needed to purchase an adjustable bed frame for my wife to use while recuperating from surgery. My sales rep Sebastian explained all my options and I was able to purchase a unit at a great sale price. Bought it on Saturday morning, it was delivered and setup on Monday morning. Delivery team took care to set up the unit and made sure to adjust it to make it easier for my wife to use. All in all a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend City Mattress.
