Outstanding experience. We entered the Royal Palm Beach City mattress store one evening at 7 Pm, were warmly greeted by Mgr Joe Rossi, shown multiple mattress options, and provided honest appraisals of each samples value and quality. We completed our visit/transaction in twenty minutes, then he arranged the delivery of our mattress the following day to accommodate arriving relatives.
