We purchased a new home and the closing was delayed for months. The employees at City Mattress were very helpful and accommodating. The delivery to another state was frustrating but, again, the employees were great and made sure that our mattresses arrived when they said they would.

I purchased a top of the line Prana mattress 7 years ago. While still in warranty the mattress developed troughs where my wife and I sleep. We are not heavy people, we each are under 185 lbs, I contacted City Mattress and they sent out a tech to measure the depths of the trough indentation. They used a measuring methodology they claim is "industry standard" but defies all logic. They didn't measure the depth of the indentation from the high point on the mattress, they measured by running a string from edge to edge. However, ... read more

Suneet Vadera (Sunny) at the store in Victor was really resourceful and never pushy. He left us alone to lay on beds on our own for over an hour. He gave us the best price he could and answered all our questions. We dig our Prana mattress (so far) and hope that it continues to fit the bill.
