After trying to buy a mattress online and failing miserably, my wife and I went to City Mattress and shopped there. Sunny was extraordinarily patient and answered all of our questions. Though the process took quite some time, as we tried many of the beds there, we were never rushed or upsold on one mattress over the others. It has only been a few weeks since our new mattress was delivered, but so far the it has met our expectations.

I ordered mattresses pillows and protectors for the mattresses and pillows! There was a slight error in the delivery and I did not receive the correct covers for the size mattress! Sunny at the Victor location was awesome and took care of the matter in a timely fashion! I would work with city mattress again! They even had me keep the pad because to return it to them would have been costly as I was over an hour away!

We purchased a new home and the closing was delayed for months. The employees at City Mattress were very helpful and accommodating. The delivery to another state was frustrating but, again, the employees were great and made sure that our mattresses arrived when they said they would.

I purchased a top of the line Prana mattress 7 years ago. While still in warranty the mattress developed troughs where my wife and I sleep. We are not heavy people, we each are under 185 lbs, I contacted City Mattress and they sent out a tech to measure the depths of the trough indentation. They used a measuring methodology they claim is "industry standard" but defies all logic. They didn't measure the depth of the indentation from the high point on the mattress, they measured by running a string from edge to edge. However, ... read more
