I got three bids to replace all of my galvanized pipes to PEX and two of the bids were DOUBLE THE PRICE that City Master Plumbing charged me. Well, that was a no brainer, right? The estimate over the phone was a replacement water heater. When they came out, they identified a leaking expansion tank, and saved me the cost of a new water heater. They got here quickly and did the job much more cheaply than expected
