YOU tell me. I was at the drive up to pick up a presciption. The tech.. at the window asked for my birthday.standard stuff. I stated the date. Then .. She asked for my birthday. once again. Then the tech. I was asked for my birthday, AGAIN? 🤔. She asked 3 times. I answered three times. The fourth time I handed her my ID. Then she tells me the prescription was not ready for pick up.
