I do not do reviews, but felt that I needed to today. I am on vacation in this area and had a prescription called in from my doctor out of town. I called City Market 30 mins after speaking to my doctor. They received the prescription and filled it immediately. I picked it up 20 mins later. The staff was courteous and efficient. They said that they were a new team! give them a chance!
The crazy red haired lady that works there totally tried to Vax shame me for not confirming to her beliefs if I wanted your opinion, I would ask you for it. You’re not a doctor you’re a pharmacist, If I want an inoculation, I’d ask for it.
The most incompetent rude and underpaid staff ever. Run from this pharmacy.
I would give zero if I could. This pharmacy has been calling me nonstop with automated messages about a prescription. I live in Chicago, not Colorado. I have never lived in Colorado. It's obvious that someone has the wrong phone number connected to their account. I called back as I'm getting CONSTANT voicemails and calls. Instead of helping me the pharmacist that answered not only talked over me, said he can't do anything because he needs my DOB, then gave me a phone number by saying call 1-800 Kroger. Everyone here has always been very helpful and friendly to me. Felt inclined to leave a review because the 2.6 rating didn’t make any sense to me.
