They try hard but they are so busy and understaffed. They are friendly, accurate and dependable.
Leigh and Jersey were absolutely fabulous in helping me fill my prescription for blood pressure medication that I had left at home. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend this pharmacy and don't pay any attention to any bad reviews!
They are so incredibly nasty here. I called about a prescription and when they put me on hold 5x in a row, the call would disconnect each time. Finally on the 6th time when they asked me to stay on hold, I said “sure but just so you know it keeps hanging up after you do that.” The lady then yelled at me and said “WE’RE DOING THE BEST WE CAN!!!! Absolutely awful customer service (if you can even call it that). The pharmacy manager overheard me asking the tech why my prescription was not ready yet again… the manager yells from afar (thanks for the privacy) and says that it’s a controlled substance… what?? It’s a blood pressure medicine and it is most definitely NOT a controlled substance. Not only do they not fill prescriptions even when the auto refill is set up and texts from the pharmacy notify me they’re ready, but evidently the person in charge doesn’t even know... read more
