Relationships take time and work. Several of the techs and I now know each other on sight by name. The entire staff bust their behinds to serve me well. Of course there are times when things don’t go perfectly but they always do everything within their power to make it right!
Only a couple issues here. Lately there is only 1 cashier on duty with a line 4-6 customers deep. The advertisement show sales on items, and there are no sale items in stock. Those issues aside, convenient and comfortable shopping environment. Very high quality produce, most days. Most staff members are long time employees and are knowledgeable and courteous. Only place I'm confident shopping.
Never in my life have I seen such a pharmacist that couldn't count nor dos he care to. Was shorted on controlled meds last month outta the bv store I've used for years. Went there bc four days short on meds and dr sent full script . Broke my neck, at c5 94% years ago. Three surgeries and this guy wants to tell me it's the government. Always has an excuse for why your prescription is never ready. Even when you have ordered it 3 days ahead. They are rude and never use to be that way
