I'd give them less than 1 if I could. They do not give refunds period on any item bought, even unwarn with tags still attached. I understand this is a policy they are most comfortable with, but as a consumer it would be nice to feel that the business I am buying from wants me to come back even if my first visit was not successful. Went here once, will never return.
