Extremely disappointed with City looks by Visage. Instead of hearing any compassion from this place a clear no was the only response. I recently developed a neck condition, an uncontrollable pain disorder called occipital neuralgia, and when I requested to wash my own hair to avoid the discomfort from the sinks they use and only get the cut and blow dry I was flatly denied. Telling everyone to avoid this place.
