After recently purchasing a 2001 Lexus, I found out that the only key I had was a valet key and that I did not have a master key for the vehicle. I went to City Lock to get two vehicle keys made and was scammed out of $250. City Lock made two keys that not only did not work properly but now my vehicle's windows roll down randomly, the hatch pops open, the alarm goes off and the sunroof opens without warning. The owner not only refused to give a refund even after admitting that they made a mistake and did not use the proper code when making the keys for my vehicle but they had also said they were guaranteed for one year but wanted to charge me more money to fix their m... read more
Phenomenal experience and incredible depth of knowledge. They programmed a new Toyota key fob for me and in the process fixed an issue with the door lock that had stumped automobile mechanics. I was a new customer, but during my visit spoke with several other patrons who were long time very happy customers
