Highly recommend! Our experience with City Living team was exceptional. My response was too long to edit on my first review, so here’s another I called Alex to ask the owner if it was possible and did not expect a yes and even told him that but figured I may as well ask. Only AFTER when I asked him again around that 2.5 week mark he emailed back he was “yet to discuss with the owner” and a possible rent reduction but it was too late - so to me that means he didn’t consider anything I said anyway. i had a great experience with city living. They've been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout our tenancy. Communication was always easy and straightforward. Highly recommend!
Did not have a good experience with Alex S. Some interactions with him felt rude and demeaning. He would send emails to me addressed only to my fiance, even though I was the one communicating with him. He had little respect for our time. I had to ask the owner about a time sensitive matter which he said he would follow up on - I waited for approximately 2.5 weeks for a response only to be told he would only just now reach out to the owner, only after I chased it up. AVOID! Terrible real estate agents, don’t use them for leasing or selling. Take over 6 months to fix anything. Terrible communication. Just absolutely terrible at managing our property. avoid - use a different agency , we switched and it’s been the best decision we ever made!
