Did not have a good experience with Alex S. Some interactions with him felt rude and demeaning. He would send emails to me addressed only to my fiance, even though I was the one communicating with him. He had little respect for our time. AVOID! Terrible real estate agents, don’t use them for leasing or selling. Take over 6 months to fix anything. Terrible communication. Just absolutely terrible at managing our property. avoid - use a different agency , we switched and it’s been the best decision we ever made!
