The owner John is rude, and he is a crook. I would never have my car towed there if it was the last place on earth.
My daughter has had nothing but problems with the lady who handles the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't bring any car there if it was the last tow company on earth. And i have seen other reviews saying how wonderful she is. NOT true. Im sure she probably had someone write those reviews. She is a miserable person who knows nothing about customer service!! You couldnt pay me enough to go there!!
Worst place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The miserable fat lady in the office (I think her name was Nicole) she is extremely RUDE for no reason and unprofessional.
This shop towed my car off the highway, due to an accident. I haven't been in an accident in many years. The young lady behind the counter made the process very smooth. She arranged my rental and reported the accident for me. The fact that this is a family owned business made me feel comfortable. They kept me updated every step of the way and even opened on a Saturday to release my car. I was happy with the quality of the work. I loved this shop and the employees. There a family owned business. The owner is so nice, he gave me a ride home all the way to New Haven. Not only that but while repairing my car they fixed old damage and didn't charge me. I was able to call them day and night. I like the personal attention that they gave to me. My car is a 2009 and i was worried about it not driving the same. They took it for a safety inspection after the repairs were completed to give me a piece of mind. I was not happy when i crashed my 2008 BMW, this shop came highly recommended by a family friend. They came out to tow my car very quickly, which is surprising seeing that it was 2a.m and i was in Watertown. They treated my like a member of the family. They had a way of making me feel like i wasn't a pain. When i was a big one. They fixed my car very quickly and even took a dent i had in the fender that wasn't part of the accident out.
