LeAnn was great, she prorated my unit, she was very polite and professional. My unit was clean... Had no problems with break ins, I was also able to use an enclosed trailer to move some of my stuff for free. when I cleaned out my storage she once again prorated the unit. I would definitely rent from them again if the need should arise. Thanks LeAnn!!!

I highly recommend City Limits Storage! Very kind, courteous and professional to rent from. Their units were clean and well kept. I know they check their units regularly because I received a message a couple of times if my lock was wonky on my unit’s door and I so appreciated that!! I had a smaller storage unit for a year and had no issues with move-in, paying on their portal or move-out. If I ever need space again I will definitely be giving them a call.

City limits is wonderful to work with. Units are always clean, safe, and plowed out in winter. The trailers are easy to use and a very nice perk of renting a unit there.
