The staff are wonderfully helpful and enjoy running a business they’re proud of. Location is A+ for attending local conferences, for parliament, for Chinatown, the city, all shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and every type of cafe and restaurant you could want. Very clean and well equipped room. Very quiet street & hallways, and lobby. There’s comfy chill area with tea & coffee in the lobby. A great stay! (I’ll be back with my family!) 🙂
Location for the Princess Theatre is perfect - less than a 5 minute walk - which is why we picked this hotel. Parliament underground station is also very close, approximately a 10 minute walk. Across the road, we went to the Daughter in Law Indian restaurant for a pre-theatre meal (recommend), after the show we tried Venom (across the road from hotel) for a drink but they were about to close and sent us down the road and left onto Liverpool St (literally a 5 minute walk) to the Double Happiness cocktail bar which is open unt... read more
We had a great stay at this wonderfully located little hotel on Lt Bourke St. the rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable. Extremely close and handy to everything in the heart of Melbourne within an easy walk. A special mention to concierge Lilly. This polite and helpful young lady is an asset to the property and couldn’t do enough for us, with great local information.
