City lights are a joke they took out my parkway and I'm disabled I had disabled parking signs out on street to read and they still dugout my parkway now getting them to refill the parkway with cement is another joke I have to use wheelchair on the grass and it's difficult and when it rains it's muddy can't get through management sucks
