These people have been pestering me about taking out a car loan. They have called and text numerous times despite the fact I told them to stop and put me on their Do Not Call list. I filed a complaint with the BBB, to which City Lending responded and said I was removed from their customer list. After Mr. Morris LIED and said I was off the list, that slime bucket Rex Roberts called AGAIN. I have the voice mails to prove it. I am currently seeking legal action. I hope these frauds go out of business.
Do NOT deal with this company!!!! They will take your info... run your credit (hard inquiry) and NEVER get in contact with you. I've called 10x's and emailed them 15x's....NO response! Customer service is out the door on this company. I don't know why people gave them a 5? rating (must have a 700+ credit score)?? My advice... seek a reputable company WITH customer service skills. SMH
I received a message from City Lending today that has me upset with the company's business practices. The number that called was :1-800-391-4346 and the message from someone claiming to be Rex Roberts. The message states that a loan application was filled out online in my name that needed a little more information. When I called to follow up on what I thought was possible attempted identify theft, sales person and even the manager didn't seem togave a problem with Rex's message.
