My back door not opening from outside took to be fixed van is under warranty after hiring a van for the day I now have to go back again when parts come in which means I have to spend more money to hire vehicle I'm hoping I could get reimbursed from LDV seeing under warranty When I had a Renault they always gave me a van or reimbursed me for hire vehicle Also when I asked how long b4 parts come in the guy walked away how rude
Very friendly and efficient service
This place is lacking transparency and honesty big times. Avoid going to this dealership at all cost. If you do go there do not believe any word coming out ALYCIA’S mouth ( so called senior business manager). I booked a T60 max, paid $1000 deposit and lodge a loan application. She got my loan approved by creating second credit file under my name without my consent. Worst customer service And don't have parts
$760.00 for an 15,000 km service seriously? The vehicle is new. Oil change and filter that is basically it... how is this justified? An machanic is $120 per hour job time 1hr... so your telling me the remaining $$ is parts ... definitely not going through the dealers.... v80 van ldv turbo desiel
