I scheduled an appointment through the lash artist’s website and received both email and text confirmations, including a reminder an hour before. I even completed and returned the consent form as requested. I arrived 10 minutes early, but unfortunately, the lash artist was a complete no-show—no communication, no update, nothing. What made it worse was the lack of any follow-up or apology afterward. I've been going here about 3 years now maybe more and she always makes me look amazing ! I never leave disappointed!
If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been coming to Kimber since 2017 and have loved every look!
