Used these folks in the past, I even went against my UPM's past negative experience with them and got a copier/printer. Worked great for one day and then stopped recognizing the network. When I called they wanted to charge $95 to come out and make their equipment work. No offer to negotiate, second guy I talked to said "call your IT guy". Shame to use a company for a few years only to find them drop the ball twice in a row.

I've had my printer repaired here 2 or 3 times and have been able to extend its life thanks to this shop. Very reliable service. He'll search for parts if you need them. And he usually has a few refurbished printers available for sale if you need one.
Great service! Owner Eric is extremely nice and attentive. Will be coming back for all my tech repairs!
