Amber does a great job on nails, however her arbitrary, highly restrictive policies of cash only, 50% cash deposit for your next appointment, 48-hour cancellation policy or deposit is forfeited (what if I get sick the day of my appointment?), and fee of $1/minute if you're late is not conducive to good customer relations and is not professional. Amber is a talented hair artist and a professional with business policies and practices. I would recommend her for cuts and color. Her introduction of Paul Mitchell and Kenra products has made me a huge fan. My 86 year old mother is a very satisfied client as well. I recommend her with no reservations.

Amber never disappoints - the cuts she gives are wonderful. She always listens to what I want and is great at talking through what will work. And somehow the cuts she gives always grow out well as well. I went from short hair to chin length hair, and I never felt like I hit a funny in between stage.
