City Kitty refused to see my cat when I asked them for an appointment. Was told to go somewhere else.
Kitty Day Spa Citty Kitty is absolutely by far the BEST veterinary office I've ever taken my cats too. First of all when you walk in you literally feel like you've walken into a kitty day spa. Then you are welcomed by some of the friendliest staff you've ever encountered. You can tell these people actually love their job. City Kitty certainly sets the bar for compassionate and professional service. They genuinely like cats! <3
City Kitty is a GEM Positives: Effective, knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, friendly vets and staff. Always a most pleasant experience taking our cats there. Couldn't feel more comfortable trusting them with even the riskiest procedures. Negatives: nothing I can think of. Have been taking our cats there for 7 years.
Highest recommendation! City Kitty is the best! My cat had an emergency urinary block a few months back, and City Kitty came to our rescue when his regular (up to that point) vet refused to squeeze him in that Friday. City Kitty got him right in, even though he'd never been there before, and treated the problem quickly and easily- like it happened every day. RecommendedLove City Kitty!!! They are kind, patient, profesional and caring. I call frequently to ask things about cat food, medicine or cat behavior and they always take the time to speak to me. My cat has no complaints lol
Great staff, very knowledgeable. They made my visit with my three cats during COVID easy. They included me and updated me every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Brought my cat there, they were all about the $$$...no offer of any type of assistance, just bank card, credit charge, vet herself was cold and detached. Not happy at all...looking elsewhere for help as my baby needs 2 teeth removed. They knew I wasn't able to pay 700.00
