The bill was ridiculous. Zero transparency. 1 steroid shot was $1300. The plastic needle alone was charged at $187!!!! My husband had a bad allergic reaction and they took advantage of us. I called the billing department and it was so unprofessional. The rep was clearly running an errand while talking to me - Her voice was muffled and I heard rustling in the background. We had a great experience here. We went in at 6:30 AM because my daughter thought she broke her finger. She was examined, x-rayed, and treated and we were out the door by 7:05 AM. We were greeted immediately by the staff and Dr. Frankum. They were all kind and sympathetic. They were also very hospitable offering beverages to us as we waited for our x-ray results. This was our first time here and I'm pleased with how everything went.

JUST DONT GO THERE! I should’ve listened to the reviews here. The costs of this Emergency Room is unreasonable. Can’t believe what I see in my bills. While I was there I was told that I owe $300 for the ER. Received my bill that says $1036.50. Such an easy way to make money on sick people. Plus I got another $1353 bill on top of $2839. I’m pretty sure Amy other ER would cost you much less.

I had an AMAZING experience here on my visit. When I first walked in the front desk receptionist was very helpful. The Dr. as well as the other staff were just as amazing. I have visited many ER, and this one was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had. They're quick, attend to your needs quickly, and you're not there all day waiting. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
