Had an annoying engine light. Booked in a diagnostic test and was provided the results and a way forward. Luckily just a disconnected hose that they found. Dealt with Tyson who was fantastic. Explained what was checked and found and even printed off a diagram to help explain it. They even washed my car. I use to go to Hillcrest Holden service centre but no longer. Will definitely return here.
Great service with a quick turnaround
I highly recommend City Holden Rose Park. Great service. I initially went in for an engine replacement on my Holden Captiva. I had to go back a month later for a leak and air con fix, but that was because of my car and not their service. I mostly dealt with Leon who is very professional, explains everything nicely and keeps meticulous notes internally and with suppliers (replacement engine). All issues were sorted in a timely manner. I'd definitely go back for any servicing or repair needs.
