I have had the pleasure of dealing with the team at City Hire Moorooka for the past 18 mths. The team go above and beyond, turn up early to suit my work schedule. Toilet always cleaned to the highest standard, smelled lovely after every service. Great communication if there was ever an issue. Can’t fault this team at all, highly recommend. Best worker at City Hire Moorooka is Steve, this man is a star. Goes above and beyond ☺️
I've hired gear from this location several times now, the team have always been super helpful, courteous, and really easy to deal with. They have just about everything I've needed to hire so far.
Rented a furniture trolley. Equipment: I have to say it was in pretty poor condition. The wheels look like they been in need of replacement for quite some time and equipment actually damaged my timber floors. Staff: I would not say customer service is their strong suit. I returned late because I’ve been interstate and the only comment I got from the guy was “it’s a bit late isn’t it”. The sarcasm wasn’t lost on me.
