I found this studio out of desperation because every studio I've been to in the past has been nice, but far and/or expensive. Everything here has been AMAZING. Booking on the site was easy, the questionnaire shows that they care about every aspect of the client's experience, even down to "do you want to chat during your appt or not". Nessa was amazing! She took her time to ask me a ton of questions asking what I wanted and what I didn’t like that happened with my last stylist. She made it such a wonderful experience and when she was done I cried happy tears because I never felt so beautiful. It was such a wonderful environment and everyone was so nice. I am now excited to go and get my hair done again and try new things!
