Horrible experience having my Iveco Daily serviced. I had a big trip planned so I asked for a major service as a proactive attempt to make sure the trip would be a great experience. They totally disregarded the information I provided when I dropped off the vehicle, they mis diagnosed the problems with the steering, I had to take the vehicle back 3 times before they figured out what the problems where.
