purchased a bus pass with the reasonable expectation that buses would, you know… show up. Unfortunately, for three days in a row, the bus I rely on to get to work has been cancelled due to driver shortages. At this point, I’ve spent more money on Uride than the entire value of the bus pass, which is an impressive achievement for a service that’s supposed to save riders money. For the most part, it's okay. The bus drivers tolerate a lot of bs on a regular basis. Most bus drivers have been friendly and helpful for me. The transit time are usually good, except the longer routes seem to rush off and not wait for passengers, which means you get off one bus, and your next one has left even before the designated time, it's frustrating. I do wish the bus drivers not allow people who are extremely high on the bus, especially with kids on the bus, or people with PTSD. At the terminal, Security guards need ... read more
