Florissant is racist
Worst trash company ever! The staff is rude and I’m shocked they made it through the interview process to get the job. They never pick up the trash. You are paying for a service that is not being provided. They are a scam!
In my experience everyone here has been helpful, responsive, and friendly!
Dawn Watkins at Public Works does a spectacular job! She is fairly new at the City of Florissant, and is a huge asset to any and all customer service. Everyone at the City should take a lesson on her customer service skills!
