You can never get anyone on the line. You literally have to go up there to the office even then you’ll get no satisfaction and they never call back every time you dial the number they’re away from the desk or on the other line. This is from the time they open to the time they close. What’s the use of having a phone line if you never answer if there was anything less than one star I’d give it that so I’ll rate it a capital F-
Florissant is racist
Worst trash company ever! The staff is rude and I’m shocked they made it through the interview process to get the job. They never pick up the trash. You are paying for a service that is not being provided. They are a scam!
In my experience everyone here has been helpful, responsive, and friendly!
