Small place and looks kind of dirty. Always smells weird the times I have went
Monday-Friday is 6:30am to 8pm without key access, weekends is adults only(children can go with supervision) key access is 18+ and easy to acquire, everything’s easy to setup, just go in person and ask the receptionist. Old style gym, VERY friendly people, old school equipment, nice place to workout at.
Looking for a new gym because I recently moved this way, tried to call 3 times, and I was hung up on.... so, idk figure it out.
