Dropped in to check out the bikes, I worked with Collin who knows bikes and is fantastic at sales with thorough product knowledge. I ended up buying a bike that was a gift shipped x-country. Collin and Rosa made this bike purchase a fun experience. Collin was patient as I changed my mind on a few bikes. Nice Job City Grounds, you have a great team!
My son has had this bike a months but not over a year the screw fell out of the pedal and it’s not covered under warranty! Their bikes aren’t cheap and I will never purchase one from them again. I’ve had bikes from Walmart and this never happened.
Great service fast delivery. I ordered it on Sunday. The bike was at my door on Friday. I put it together in about 30 minutes and went on my first bike ride for about 2 Hours. It rode great no complaints! GT pro performer 29
i bought a bike. looked cool from the ad. completely diffrent buke and had a gay energy to it. thats alll their energy the gay one. i got stuck with the bike i needed to travel faster. would do no stars if i could
Just ordered my third bike. (Sons bike got stolen twice ) and now one for me picked up the gt performer pro. Can't beat the price other wise my son would be riding something not as cool and i would have nothing. Shipping has been crazy fast every time. ☆☆☆☆☆☆
