I ordered a bike from City Grounds as a Christmas gift. Total cost was around $1,600. The bike arrived with visible scratches and cosmetic damage. Since it was a gift, I was extremely disappointed. I paid out of pocket to return it. After they received the bike, I was told it was “damaged” and therefore not eligible for a refund under their return policy. Don't walk, run from this place. Early December 2025 I purchased a bike, unfortunately it wasn't quite the quality for the price so I returned the bike. These goofballs received the bike on their dock right around 12pm on a Monday, but didn't return an email until 12:30 on Friday stating the bike was damaged. These people are goofballs, there was a giant hole in the side of the box and marks on this frame that were quite bad. I made sure this bike was protected, but there's what looks like a 6 in wide by 4 inch hole on the s... read more
