Bought an ebike on 8/1/25 came back to them on 8/2/25 as the bike was faulty the admitted that the front wheel is bent, yet thry refused to return ir fixed it. They referred me to manufacturer which negates the point from buying the from their store if they don’t honor the warranty. I reached out to manufacturer and they sent me back to Ground City saying “the distributor should offer after sale service as I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer website directly. Bad experience. Stay away from Ground city.
i purchaed an SE bike on August 5th, 2025. The label was created August 6th, 2025. Today is now August 16th, 2025. Customer sercvice at city grounds said they indeed gave the package to fedex??? Fedex claims they do not have the package, and there is not a scan on it from pickup. I have been told to wait on FedEx and their investigation which can take 10 business days. We had a bad experience buying from this company. I bought a bike for my son and only used it once and the pedal broke. I contacted them by phone and got no response, email them and they asked for info of purchase. I provided everything they asked for and nothing. Called them again after a few months without a response, they tell me to take the bike to a bike shop to get a fixed.
