Amazing experience, we came and found the bike we wanted with plenty of selection in no time, and got a amazing durable crew bike for a good price
I when to city grounds and try to buy an electric bike, and also trying to buy some extra parts, so they don't have some of the parts I was trying to get because they don't sale them, I still don't understand why they don't sale some of the parts that came with a different bike, and why they don't have them available?
We ordered an Elite BMX Destro from here, and it arrived with one front and one rear axle nut only. The bike was a birthday present for my Son so he has not been able. We were able to find a front replacement nut but the rear is 14/1 mm which is difficult to find. It has been over a week since we received the bike and they just now said the replacement part is coming.
We bought an ebike in April for my son and had a great experience. The handlebar broke today and City Grounds stood by their warranty and shipped out a new handle bar - 5 stars - excellent service - Thanks!
COVID is over- let's get back to cash purchase please
