Horrible….horrible…..horrible company!!! The countertop was over 1/2 short in width from touching the wall and had to have a section added, pieced and glued to fill in the gap! The cut out openings for the two sinks were way too small, so the sinks set back from the opening 1” all the way around!!!! When I questioned the shoddiness of the job, I, a woman was YELLED at by the foreign installer and felt very THREATENED. I felt very nervous to have them in my home. Ok...so where do I start. I would rate them a 0/5. I went to the showroom and scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon. I text my information to Issac. The next day I called at 11:45 am to confirm the appointment at 12:00 pm. Issac then told me that he was in Akron which is an hour away. He also stated that he would call me back to have someone else give me a quote. Neither happened. No consideration was given for my time or my business. RecommendedCity Granite in Eastlake did a fabulous job installing granite kitchen countertops for our daughter's home in Concord. They were reasonably priced and highly skilled professionals. Would highly recommend them and hope to have them come out to Lake Chautauqua NY (1.45 hours from Eastlake) someday in the future.
