AJ..is .... THE MAN!! talk about great customer service? He's got it! its 107 outside and this guy is still acting like nothing in the world is wrong! Love it!
I replace a lot of broken glass mostly for residential I am what you call a bamf anyways I had an great customer service experience at this location I was greeted by a polite individual that offered me a bottle of water and the lady at the front desk was quick to grab what I needed and get me out the door I'm sure their prices are probably higher than other places but I will definitely be coming back here
Owner is a great guy and the installers are friendly and professional as well. However if you have the displeasure of dealing with Marrisa or her daughter I'm sorry. She has on multiple occasions been completely unprofessional with customers and employees. Avoid her at all costs.
Best place for all your residential needs! We had a window broken out at our house, called City Glass and they were able to get us taken care of very quickly Will definitely be coming back!
MASSIVE disappointment. Horrible follow through, unreliable and couldn’t do the job because the glass was too small?? Wait. What??? Aren’t you a glass company? Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing with this place. Find someone else!
