Brought some new painted doors from a kitchen and they ruined all the paint. After asking them to be careful because doors were painted recently. They returned them to be scratched and basically ruined
I JUST SPENT 4 HOURS AT CITY GLASS ON *******, *** TO GET MY FRONT WINDSHIELD REPLACED. I MADE AN APPT. EITHER WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY FOR FRIDAY BETWEEN 12 NOON AND 1:00. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF WAITING I ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER. HE SAID THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SUPPLIER OF THE W/S AND IT WOULD BE 4:30 BEFORE MY VEHICLE WAS READY. 1. not bad if you don't mind the wait We had to buy some tempered glass for two end tables.The price was right,and after being told that it would take less than an hour I decided to just wait there. Their waiting room is small and with a 2 year old it began to seem even smaller.After 2 hours I was told there was a problem and my glass would be ready by 4:pm(it was now 2:30) I took the kids to McD's. Coming back at 4 only to be told it would be ready in the morning. On the up side they discounted my price though.
I ordered an authentic rear glass window for my 72 Chevy Corvette to install myself, paid cash $244.41. This was on Aug 6th, 2020. I was contacted by phone a few days later that the window had arrived. When I finally had the time to install the glass, I realized that it was a generic Chinese made replica of the real thing. The thickness of the glass wasn't even the same as the original, so I tried to return the window and get a refund. RecommendedThis is the second time I have used city glass. Good people. Customer service is excellent!! They even went above and beyond and drove me to the mall so I didn’t have to wait at their shop several hours while they worked on my car window.
I dropped off a large, lighted glass showcase last week and had it back within 36 hours. Reasonable charge. Top quality work!
