We just had 3 window panes replaced by City Glass. The windows had failed and were cloudy. One had a hole and was cracked. These were double pane and insulated. The process was great, and our installers, John and Charles, were very knowledgeable and careful with removal and installation.
My teen driver was driving down hey 2090 in Splendora by the high school around 7pm on 6/19/24 in poring rain and a employee in a 4 door white Ram passed us on the right shoulder of the throwing rocks onto the side of our car and nearly hitting us in a no passing school zone. If you’re company hires employees this careless I would never trust my vehicle or home repairs to them. Great customer service good follow up dependable
I have used City Glass a couple of times. I live in Evergreen which is about a 25 mile trip from the shop. Both times have been over the top great. Jesus and Brian installed a new shower glass and door and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up after they were done. The office personnel were very accommodating with my schedule and a pleasure to work with. If you want it done right and would like to receive service like it used to be everywhere, call City Glass.
