Wanted to share what a great experience I had with Joelle on my permanent eyeliner tattooing. I will so enjoy having this, it looks so natural and will love getting up and having this look, one less thing to do!!! Wasn’t sure on how it would go, but so easy. She made me feel so comfortable.
