Dr Kwan is a wonderful dentist! Sensitive, funny, intelligent, creative, a problem solver that always does what's best for me and my budget. I trust her completely and her work is impeccable.
I have very sensitive teeth and ive never had a good experience at the various dentists ive been to. But when i met Deborah she was unbelievable. Very friendly, very welcoming, a very relaxing environment and not one tiny bit of pain in my complex procedures. Anyone who needs a pain free friendly dental service needs to book in with Deborah. Highly recommended!
Dr Kwan has taken care of my mother's dental needs for many many years so I was expecting someone older. However I found her to be youthful and full of good energy and also felt confident her knowledge was up to date. Her staff are lovely too, I have no hesitations recommending this practise :)
I came to the dental for checkup and I asked them if you accept Alliance insurance , they said yes!!! but you have to pay first then claim the bill to the insurance company. But in fact the dental was not listed on MBS and not cover by Alliance Insurance which mean that receptionist with the doctor lied to me.
