Despite doing the right thing, we were refused any refund for the two unused nights when we checked out. What followed was a series of changing excuses, and then an outright accusation that we had trashed the room - which is completely false. This is a gem of a budget motel. It's located close to shops and cafes, our room was scrupulously clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was quite small but had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed.
