Wow! Outstanding service from Philippa and her team after I limped in just before closing time with a siezed wheel bearing. Despite being booked up with work, the car was checked that night and a replacement bearing was fitted the next morning. They really went out of their way to help, and no nasty surprises with the bill. Highly recommended!

I can't thank these guys enough—they were an absolute godsend! Our auxiliary belt snapped during a long journey from Scotland to Wales, leaving us stranded. Despite being fully booked, Philippa and the team went out of their way to help. They understood the urgency of our situation, with my wife, three children, and me all in need, and they managed to squeeze us in. Not only did they get us back on the road quickly, but they also charged an extremely fair price. Their kindness and professionalism were indeed a lifesaver.
Come up from Peterborough in my camper engine light come on spoke to the guy at city garage instead of trying to get work from me he told me what to do to resolve the issue which i followed his advice, its all good now and saved me a minimum of £300 to £400 as quote by a regional garage. Never have I got such fantastic customer service. mate your one in a million and for that reason you have my total respect thankyou
