Mi peor experiencia de compras la tuve aqui. Te venden el producto sin tenerlo, luego te avisan el mismo día que tenían programado la entrega de que te llegara 4 días tarde porque no lo tienen. Como si fuera poco llegan las piezas incompletas y parte de la cama rota.... Y la garantía otro engaño.... y no aceptan devoluciones... Lo peorrrrrrrrr !!!! Mejor comprar por Amazon te cuesta la mitad y te dan mejor garantía! Inaceptable el mal rato.

I do not recomend anyone to purchase a warranty, I made that mistake in purchasing it and when I put the claim they rejected the reason being is that the warranty only covers manufacturer defects! Very dissapointed! Will never purchase any furniture @ City Furniture
I will never shop at City Furniture again, I advise any one looking into this store DON'T! They will lie to you to sale you the item and then cancel your orders without notice to you! And then the you end up with a half bedroom set and a half dinning set!! This store is a scam I am spreading the word everywhere I go that this store is a scam!!
