I give a 1 star just cause I can't give zero. I made an order for several pieces of furniture. One of my pieces, the rug, was on back order and my sales rep, Felipe Bustamante, said it was on back order for 2 days that I would get it that coming week. To then find out that, no, I'm not getting the rug, that it's still on "back order". Felipe said my new delivery date was the 14th.
