Worst experience with them. All furniture delivery was delayed. They delivered pieces at a time. After a month, I am still waiting for a large sofa cushion we need to seat on. I called several times your customer service line with no avail. Additionally. I just found out by calling again that I need to pick up the cushion instead of you delivering it to correct your error. Never again will do business with this organization. It seems that their reps on the phone don’t care either. Just incredible bas experience...
