Friendly service, seamless transaction, highly recommended!
End of life oil change. When I picked up the car, I asked if the warning was reset. I was assured that it was. When I arrived home the oil change required warning lit up. Checked the Ford app and it indicated 0% oil life. The warnings had not been reset after the oil change. Was the oil change actually completed? Had to google how to reset the warning and did it myself. Not good enough.
