I bought my first nice vehicle from city ford in December of 2025, December 9th I bought my 2021 ford escape by December 14th I had an engine light on. Brought the car in they said it was O2 sensor and fixed it. Two weeks late engine lights back and same thing Mary go round 5 or 6 times until the car broke down at the gas station went into limp mode and I had to get it towed , didn’t want to bring it back to city ford as they did not fix it the last 6 times I brought it in so I towed it to Koch ford, they found my purge valv... read more

If you need a new ride, I gotta recommend Tim as your go-to guy. He takes care of you from test drive to taking it home, whether you want to take your time or need to find your new vehicle faster. I love my new Ford Escape and couldn't have got that deal without him. Plus I got to spin the prize wheel like on the Price is Right!! 10/10
James Rempel does the impossible! We walked in looking for a fun Summer vehicle and he found us a badass 2 door Bronco Badlands loaded with all the fun. It was 1 of only 4 in this model that ended up in Canada and he got it delivered to Edmonton in just a few days and the deal was done super quick. Great sales guy!
