Took our money then sent an email for us to call. The lady tells me “oh sorry, our delivery guy called out so we can deliver on Monday but not today”…keep in mind they fully charged the card, delivery fee and service fee. I told her to refund the money…still haven’t received a thing!!! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
got some flowers that were falling apart after a day and when i tried to resolve the issue lady at the front was very rude and and difficult to work with. unfortunately will not be going back
Ordered flowers for a funeral and they never delivered them. Emailed me 2 days after the funeral to ask me to call them. Then emailed me another couple days after that to let me know they didn’t have the flowers to complete my order. When I called I got the excuse of them having misplaced the delivery label. Never called me
