I ordered flowers online with City Florist on 605 N Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653 to be delivered on Monday, 9/9/24. This bill was $56.16. City Florist called at 3:28pm and said she could not find the residence. I am not from Prestonsburg and do not know the lay-out of the town. She then figured out where the address was and said she was going to charge me MORE money to deliver the flowers. I said, "absolutely not, just give me a refund and keep the flowers".
