These guys feel that they not responsible for any of the orders. I ordered flowers for a grieving family on Wednesday, I received an email order confirmation, showing that they will be delivered the same day. On Friday I found out that the flowers have not been delivered and I called them back, the girl said she doesn't know what happened to them and she told me she will call the delivery guy and will call me back right away.
